Privacy Policy

Lot Crafter · Effective Date: November 4, 2026 · Version 2026-11-04

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Lot Crafter (the “Game”) handles personal data. It supplements the general BizSim Privacy Policy. The Game is a single-player game with no account and no login. It is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not designed for children; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

2. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal information is:

Email: privacy@bizsim.com

If you have any questions or concerns about how we handle your data, please contact us using the details above.

3. Data we collect

We do not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The Game has no username or password; your progress is kept on your device. Some of the data below is only processed with your consent where the law requires it (see section 7).

Game progressYour save (contracts, buildings, currencies, settings) is stored in an encrypted file on your device. It reaches us or Google only if you sign in to Google Play Games and use Saved Games (see Play Games below).
PurchasesWhen you buy an item, Google Play handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Our server (a Firebase Cloud Function) checks the purchase with Google Play and receives the order id, product id and purchase token, so the item can be granted once and fraud can be prevented.
Ads and device identifiersGoogle AdMob, with Unity Ads as a mediation partner, serves optional rewarded ads and, in the free version, a banner. They process your advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device information and ad interaction events. Where consent is required, no ad is requested before you agree (Google’s consent tool, UMP). The Play age signal and your choices stay on your device.
Game events (analytics)Firebase Analytics (Google) receives game events such as level start, offer and ad steps and the tutorial, together with a Firebase installation id, app and device information. Only where you consent when consent is required; no ad storage and no automatic screen tracking.
Crash reportsFirebase Crashlytics (Google) receives crash logs, diagnostics and device state, only where you consent when consent is required.
Integrity and tuningFirebase App Check (Play Integrity) sends signals that show the request comes from the genuine app; Firebase Remote Config delivers tuning values. Both use the installation id.
Trusted clockTo make offline earnings fair the Game asks a server for the time (Firebase Cloud Function, NTP as fallback). The request carries your IP address, which the Game does not store.
Google Play Games (optional)Only after you sign in: your Play Games player id and name, achievements, leaderboard scores and the Saved Games copy of your save, held by Google. Leaderboards show your Play Games name to other players, as set in your Play Games profile.
Support (optional)If you write a ticket through the in-game contact form to support.bizsim.com: your message, an optional attachment and an email address only if you give one.
Reviews and updatesGoogle Play shows the review card and update prompts. The Game asks at most 3 times, 30 days apart; Play handles the card and sends no data to us.
Local remindersReminder notifications are created on your device; nothing leaves the phone. We use no push messages.

We do not ask for or store a real name or email address except for a support ticket.

4. Why we use it

  • to provide the Game: save, offline earnings with a trusted clock, achievements and cloud save you choose (contract / legitimate interest)
  • to sell and deliver items and check purchases (contract; prevention of fraud is our legitimate interest)
  • to understand how the Game is played and improve it, and to find and fix crashes (consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest)
  • to show the optional rewarded ads and, where required, ask for your consent first (consent)
  • to answer support requests (contract / legitimate interest)

5. Who can see your data

The Game has no chat, player-to-player features or profile of its own. If you sign in to Google Play Games, leaderboards show your Play Games name and score to other players, as set in your Play Games profile. Your data otherwise goes only to the service providers below. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Service providers

  • Google AdMob and its mediation partner Unity Ads serve ads and may receive the advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
  • Firebase (Google): Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check, Remote Config and Cloud Functions, as our processor.
  • Google Play: payments and purchase verification, age signals, the review card and updates, and, if you sign in, Play Games (achievements and Saved Games).
  • BizSim support platform (support.bizsim.com): receives the tickets you send.

Data may be transferred outside your country, including to the United States, with the safeguards those providers offer.

7. Ads and your choices

Ads are optional rewarded videos, plus a banner in the free version; a pass or purchase that removes the banner is described in the Game. In the EEA, the UK and where else the law requires it, you are asked for consent before any ad request and before analytics and crash reporting; you can change the choice at any time in the Game’s Privacy Settings and in your device’s ad settings. If Google Play tells the Game that the player is a child, no personalised ads are requested.

8. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, to meet legal duties and to settle disputes:

  • Your save: on your device until you delete it or the app.
  • Analytics data: 2 months for event-level data.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: up to 180 days from collection.
  • Support tickets (support.bizsim.com): up to 365 days after the last activity, or sooner when you ask for deletion; attachments are deleted 30 days after the request is closed.
  • Purchase and transaction records: as required by applicable tax and commercial law (typically 5-10 years).
  • Data held by Google (Play Games, advertising ID, Play purchase history) follows Google’s own periods.

When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

9. Deleting your data

In the Game, open Settings and tap Delete my data: the Game asks our services to delete the data linked to your installation, wipes the local save and closes. You can also use the support and deletion page. Data held by Google (Play Games Saved Games, advertising ID, Play purchase history) follows Google’s own deletion process; you can manage it in your Google account and in Play Games settings. Records we must keep by law, such as purchase records, can remain for the legally required time.

10. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), the local save is encrypted and purchases are checked on a server. No system is perfectly secure.

11. Children

The Game is not designed for children. It is for players aged 13 and over, is not part of Google Play’s “Designed for Families” programme, and respects the Play age signal. If you believe a child under 13 uses it, write to privacy@bizsim.com and we will delete what we hold.

12. Not collected

Name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, health data, messages, precise location, and payment card data (Google handles payments).

13. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Right to Restriction: Request that we limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances
  • Right to Data Portability: Request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format
  • Right to Object: Object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at:

Email: privacy@bizsim.com

We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

For material changes that significantly affect how we handle your personal data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through in-app notifications, email (if you have provided one), or a prominent notice within our Services before the changes take effect.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
