Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Lot Crafter (the “Game”), a game published by BizSim Game Studios, a brand operated by CeanDoo Studios LTD (“BizSim”, “we”, “us”). The Game together with its online services is the “Service”. Terms version: 2026-11-04.

1. Acceptance

You accept these Terms by installing or using the Game. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data; accepting these Terms is not consent to any processing that needs separate consent.

3. What the Game is

Lot Crafter is an entertainment game about developing and selling city lots. It uses virtual money (Company Cash) and virtual Blueprint Tokens. Nothing in the Game is real estate, investment or financial advice, and you cannot win, withdraw or exchange real money or any prize of real-world value.

4. Your save and optional sign-in

The Game has no account. Your progress is stored on your device; if you lose the device or delete the app data it can be lost unless you use Google Play Games Saved Games, which you can choose to sign in to. Do not use cheats or tools to alter your save or the Game.

5. Virtual items and purchases

• Company Cash, Blueprint Tokens and other items in the Game are virtual, have no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for money, traded or transferred, and you receive only a limited licence to use them in the Game.
• The Game offers optional in-app purchases, such as time-limited passes, in-game currency packs, one-time packs and cosmetic packs. Items and prices are shown in the Game and in Google Play before you buy. Time-limited passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google’s terms. Price, taxes and refund rules shown there apply, together with your statutory rights. Refunds go through Google Play; apart from that, and except where the law requires, we do not refund items that have been delivered or used. A purchase is checked with Google Play on our server before the item is granted.
• No purchase buys a chance to win something: there is no paid chance, loot box or gambling in the Game.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and offers, but not in a way that takes away what you have already paid for during its stated duration.

6. Ads

Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice. Where required, you are asked for consent before any ad is requested. A pass that removes the banner does so as described in the Game.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, its art, music, sounds, text and code belong to BizSim or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on your own devices for entertainment. All other rights are reserved.

9. Service changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or its online services, for example when a platform changes, and we do not promise that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free or that progress will be kept indefinitely.

10. Ending your use and deleting your data

You may stop playing at any time and delete your data in the Game (Settings, “Delete my data”) or through the support and deletion page. We may suspend access for a player who breaks these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIZSIM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR DATA, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and its competent courts have jurisdiction, as in the BizSim Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each text has a version string (this one is 2026-11-04). When we publish a new version that matters, the Game tells you before it applies.
